📜 CALENSOL® Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of the CALENSOL® application ("App"). To continue, you must accept these Terms.

1. About CALENSOL®

CALENSOL® is a digital budgeting and expense-tracking application designed primarily for personal financial management. The App helps users manually record income and expenses, organize budgets, and review financial summaries, insights, and reports.

CALENSOL® does not provide financial, legal, investment, accounting, or tax advice.

2. How the Service Works

CALENSOL® allows users to:

  • Manually record income and expense entries
  • Create budgets by category
  • View reports, insights, and visual summaries of financial activity
  • Use other financial planning and tracking features made available within the App

All financial data is entered, maintained, and controlled by the user.

3. Free and Paid Plans

CALENSOL® offers a Free plan with access to selected core features and usage limits, as well as paid subscription plans that unlock additional features and functionality.

Pricing, features, and usage limits may change from time to time. Changes to pricing or features will not affect an active subscription period that has already been paid for, except where otherwise required by applicable law or platform policies.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments for paid plans may be processed through third-party payment providers or applicable app-store payment platforms, depending on where and how the subscription is purchased.

CALENSOL® does not store your complete payment card information unless otherwise expressly stated.

Auto-Renewal Terms

CALENSOL® Premium subscriptions are recurring subscriptions and automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Depending on the plan selected, subscriptions may renew monthly or annually.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider or platform to charge the applicable subscription fee at each renewal until the subscription is cancelled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management options provided by CALENSOL®, the applicable payment provider, or the applicable app store.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation, renewal, billing, and refund procedures may also be subject to the applicable platform's terms and policies.

If a subscription is not cancelled before the applicable renewal date, the subscription may renew and the applicable renewal charge may be processed automatically.

5. Refund Policy

CALENSOL® offers a Free plan that allows users to experience the Application before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Because paid subscriptions provide immediate access to digital features, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law or relevant platform policies.

Please review the available features and subscription details before completing your purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the App
  • Safeguard your account credentials
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

7. Financial Data Disclaimer

CALENSOL® relies primarily on financial information entered or provided by the user.

CALENSOL® does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-entered financial information.

Reports, calculations, projections, scores, insights, and other financial information generated by the App are provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing your information and making your own financial decisions.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep CALENSOL® available, secure, and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.

Features, functionality, content, and services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.

9. Intellectual Property

CALENSOL®, including its name, logo, branding, design, software, content, and other proprietary materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law or by CALENSOL®, unauthorized copying, modification, reproduction, distribution, or use of CALENSOL® intellectual property is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CALENSOL® and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Termination

You may stop using CALENSOL® at any time.

CALENSOL® reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, misuses the Service, or creates a security or operational risk.

Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, CALENSOL® may provide notice before termination or suspension, except where immediate action is necessary.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CALENSOL® is legally established, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.

13. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

CALENSOL® reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at its discretion.

Where reasonably practicable, notice of material changes may be provided through in-app notifications, website announcements, email, or other prominent communication within the Service.

CALENSOL® is not obligated to provide individual notice to each user unless required by applicable law.
