1.3 Voice Logging
If you use CALENSOL®'s Voice Logging feature, the Service may request access to your device microphone.
Microphone access is used to allow you to speak transaction information for the purpose of creating or assisting with an income or expense entry.
Microphone access is controlled by your device and browser or operating system permission settings. CALENSOL® does not access the microphone when the Voice Logging feature is not being used.
Where speech recognition or related processing is provided through browser or platform functionality, the handling of audio or speech data may also be subject to the privacy practices of the relevant browser, operating system, or service provider.
1.4 Receipt Scanning
If you use the receipt scanning feature, you may choose to provide an image of a receipt for processing.
Receipt information may be processed to identify relevant transaction details, such as amounts, dates, or other information necessary to assist with creating a transaction.
You should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for the use of the feature.
1.5 Automatically Collected Information
Depending on the Service configuration and technologies used, we may receive limited technical information, such as:
- Device type
- Operating system
- Browser information
- Application or Service version
- Diagnostic information
- Error and performance information
- General usage information necessary to operate and secure the Service
We use such information for purposes including maintaining security, troubleshooting, improving reliability, and operating the Service.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
